Amazing pic, but the 'air' doesn't seem healthy.

I had the impression that was pretty normal for Shanghai?

Having visited not that long ago for a few weeks, I didn't experience any days that were much clearer than that... In fact most of the pics in this thread don't resemble my experience of Shanghai at all since they're relatively clear.

It was horrible, actually.

China turning on the air conditionings .

Interestingly, Harbin's air quality is just as good as Singapore at this moment.

I went to the opposite side of the river in April, and I have to say, it was fabulous. I love it dominating Shanghai for years to come

Should be nearing the top of the concrete core very soon.

I think the concrete core has topped out.

I think the top two floors of the concrete core that we see now, will be the last retaining band ring and the observation levels.

There will be 3 additional floors of steel and mechanical above this, ~15m, and above those three floors are the 69 to 70 m of the crown.

It's at about ~547 or 548m right now.

In Shanghai now and it's apparent to me now that you can only truly appreciate the scale of these three monsters when you stand beneath them. Wow.

Amazing that Jin Mao is 'the smallest', isn't it?

Why is there a "hole" in the cladding?

To add to one of my comments here, the city and the ST are so futuristic that sometimes I wonder if I travelled in time.

No, that's what the top will look like, once it is completed.
