Please correct me if I am wrong in this calculation/counting.

I think the building is now at 24th floor to core and 22nd floor slab work is going on.
Below are the edited images to prove my numbers.

This is a pic from mid june. The third connector from the building to crane is above the 12th floor slab.

The 4th and final connector is just above the 16th floor.

This screenshot is taken 5 mins ago. Here the final or 4th connector can be seen and marked as 16th floor and i guess there are 2 more floors in core wall (yellow numbers)

Now to the calculation part.

Height of core wall: 15.5' x 24 = 372 ft or 113.4m (excluding climbing system)
Height to current floor slab: 15.5' x 22 = 341ft or 104m.

Not really an accurate way to gauge the number of floors. Some floors are double height, meaning some have two windows contributing to their height per floor. You can always say that you're counting the number of tiers however.

Okay.... read it as tier.
I just want to know whether my calculation is correct or not to update this progress diagram.

I have no idea why not, maybe to be sure about the height you could wait until it's as high as the Franklin National Bank Building ( black building, 119m ).
But I like to see your diagram.

thanks. Has someone a drawing with the exact heights? Then it would be a simple matter of counting the floors.

I meant more office/residential buildings. Even within 50-100m of its height but approx. same width?

I believe the core has jumped.

If so that makes the height about 110 now right?

The core of building is already visible from the top of the Rockefeller Center observatory (today even more, since the picture is dated july 31st)

This is an extract from a very large panorama, found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/58158925@N02/9402440199/

Unit pricing from 432 Park Avenue Schedule A filings
http://therealdeal.com/wp-content/up...Park-chart.pdf

In the price list it shows Units 28A - 29P range from $1.5 to $4 Million and all of those units are only studio's. Not 1 bedrooms. These units are being marketed as staff apartments. (A very own apartment for the help)

The cheapest 1 bed on that list is $6.5 Million.

Here's a marketing article for 432 Park (Targeting International Buyers):
http://www.fly-2let.co.uk/news790.html

I post those charts, in case somebody is interested in purchasing an unit.
But hurry 'cause the prices are rising...

developers in my country would be extremely jealous of these kinds of price increases.
