I almost never overtake on narrow lanes, especially lorries. There is always an 60 or 80 km/h speed limit there, most drivers don't do 10 km/h over it so I go with the flow behind any car or lorry. I also don't like to do more then 10 km/h speeding on the limited stretches even if no roadwork, set the cruise control to 10-15 km/h over the limit (that's also lower in real value) and go with the flow.

I normally do overtake if it's wide enough. I don't like sitting behind lorries. I've only knocked a cone over once near Bielefeld

After all those hot days, it's raining today in Bavaria, with temps not exceeding 24 degrees. Tomorrow sun should return.
I hope so, because I will do a roadtrip this weekend, Prague and Karlovy Vary

Thanks!

I was thinking of this route http://goo.gl/maps/r4Dua
I would do a stop on the way, Karlstejn I've already seen, thought maybe Pilsen.

As for Sunday trip to Karlovy Vary, I have to see, maybe I can find something interesting to stop on the way.
I also plan to visit Loket.

About the CZ vignette, can it be also bought in Germany near the border in Euros?
I should have some CZK at home from last year, but I'm not sure if they are enough.

Isn't there near Karlovy Vary some glass-making district? I went there with my school some 20 years ago but can't remember exactly where.

Weeeeee! I've found a Maltese €0.50 coin! This is just a few days after I got my 4th Treaty of Rome €2 coin, this time the French one. Heck, I have more French commemorative €2 coins than Spanish ones.

That's in Moravia, I'm pretty sure it was in Bohemia, not far from Prague. I'll dig into my old photo albums and try to find the place

I'm sure he'll tell us when he's back.

Now, is this "currently active users in this thread" feature new, or did I miss a setting somewhere?

It probably has something to do about his constant whining about Gibraltar vs Spain in the international border thread and the dedicated thread to the discussion ( http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1648921 ). Parts have been deleted now but he got multiple warnings in the intl border thread but he just kept going.

But that doesn't explain why he was un-banned and banned again
