M.V City Part II by M.W.Ahmed

Hi guys. After completion of one phase of Mid-Vista City, i am planning a new way for a completely new City of Mid-Vista named M.V City Part II.
Here i will show the infrastructure and highrise developments of the city.
There is some connection between my past work of Mid vista city.

Here i will also entertain you with my creations.

My uploading speed is very slow therefore i can't much update but it is my desire to post maximum updates.
I am also making side walks on the road.

Here is first impressive view of Ist Phase of my new City.

DLT

Am I the only one who does not get enthusiasm over this design? Or maybe I don't understand the irony?

1. It was sacrasm, fat sarcasm.
2. You MUST review your style and change it.
3. You need improve the technique of modeling.

Small improve of modeling skils is always useful.

Design require large changes.

Some of these comments really are pathetic. I get the impression on this forum that designs have to be 400m tall twisted glass boxes rendered with 100% reflectiveness to be considered good.

I'm not going to pretend these designs are amazing, they're not. But they aren't that bad either. What I think mwahmed is trying to do here is design realistic buildings you're actually likely to find in a city. Therefore some are nice interesting designs, whereas others are a bit boring and boxy. For example, I think the second from the left (on the first picture) is a particularly good design.

Constructive things to add:
- I think some of your podiums are too high. If a building is only 15 floors high, you don't really need a 5 floor podium for example.
- When you are using multiple textures on a building you need to consider how those textures interact and contrast. I particularly talking about your podiums here which are nearly all grey, which usually doesn't match up with the other textures on your buildings.

This thread is not just for 1 building, it is a city. I will post more buildings.
And you should just point out the lack in design then i can improve it rather than Criticizing me. & BTW it is cultural building with local designs around my city. I have to make more buildings with more details.
