Baka typo lang na 8-storeys ang Conrad. I'm skeptical that Conrad will be having a 350-room hotel in an 8-storey building. If that's the case, every floor would have 43 rooms in it.

SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation, a subsidiary of SM Investment Corporation, on Thursday signed an agreement with Hilton Worldwide to manage the 350-room Conrad Manila.

if SM can squeeze 50 units per floor in one of their condo projects, kayang kaya ang 43 rooms per floor para sa hotel

Mandarin Oriental in Makati Ave has 443 guest rooms- and these rooms are from 4th to 14th floor only. Since there is no 13th floor, that is a total of 10 floors translating to about 44 rooms per floor. Considering that the site has a larger lot area compared to Mandarin Oriental's site, an 8 storey 350 room hotel is viable, with bigger rooms.

They could still be finalizing the design. After all, they may be building the structural elements first.

Baka hindi binago yung design. Yung design when it was proposed Radisson/Regent hotel pa.

Eight Floors din yung design, di ba?
