Funnily enough, if you just painted the core it would be a good match for the Parliamentary Annexe behind it:P

I am unsure if this has been previously posted, but I found this beautiful render whilst trawling through the Woods Bagot Project site.

Both that last render and that first pic Fyturis posted today are taken from the exact same spot if you look at the buildings in the background.

Will this building have extra high ceilings? Its only 42st in 224m - where residential can almost fit twice as many floors in. I understand commercial usually has higher ceilings but isnt that unusual?

Commercial buildings have larger ceiling spaces for HVAC etc. At around 1m extra per floor plus the bigger plant rooms.

The ground floor is very high on this building - it's the entire area with the blue mesh scaffolding on it.

Where? Normally you wouldn't start installing the facade until the jumpform is well clear of the floorplates you're installing on. i.e. in this case it would need to be another 5-6 floors up.

Unless there is something in the podium??

I can't see anything... There's something reflective visible in the jumpform in my last photo, but I wouldn't think it would be glass.
