That's very ambitious of you. To make renders, you need more than simply photoshop. Photoshop can be used to aid in making textures. To make good renders, you would need 3ds Max or some other 3D editor with rendering capabilities.

Seems you are asking for help. If you have any of your own building designs, I could mesh them up and render them for you.

Well for now I am working on the masterplan of the city but after that I want to start working on renders.

Here i wanted to see what London would look like with some extra towers! Some are to be built anyway others are from other cities or just extended versions of existing ones...
