The shape of design #4 is too funny for a building which represent the center and the top of HK`s political power.If you say #1 is a copy cat of CCTV or the Grande Arche de la Défense ,then #4 should be a copycat of AIG Tower.
#3 reminds me of a card tower and government falls.#2 is great enough for a District Council or Central Library.#1 is my choice, its simple ,strong & iconic. |
