Oosterbaken, supposed to start construction octobre this year, 95 meters tall, in the 'suburb' Hoogvliet.



STart Construction still this year (doubtful), Hoog aan de Maas 78 meter:



Woontoren de Grote Lijn (Ter Meulen Tower), construction end 2004, 71 meters:




Ichtushof, 2 times 70 meter start construction december



UWV toren, 70 meter, start construction september







Here are some additionnal projects starting the next few years.



Coolsingeltoren, 187 m. (215 m. with spire) Construction starting january 2005



Hofpleintoren 158 m.



Jungerhanstoren 150 m. coming beginning 2005 (?????????)



New Orleans and Havana, 2 times 150 m + 3 times 70 m. (tower with M is montevideo on the impression)




Corsotower, 150 m.



De Rotterdam 138 meter

Start construction beginning 2005




Juffertoren, 90 m.

Not coming any time soon...



New tower on Erasmus hospital terrain 83 m.



Kromme Hagen tower, 80 m.



KPN Botersloot 70 m.



Calypso, 70 m., by William Alsop



Bijkorama 70 m. (I'm a little bit unsure if it's going to be build but it looks great)



Vectorgebouw, starting march 2005:



Sohotower 70 m.



Petratoren around 70 m.



Parktoren around 70 m.



Completed in 2004:

Waterstadtoren 109 m.





Queen of the South 70 m.
