But why are 90% of them in Transylvania, and not in other parts of Romania?

The population of Transylvania (even if you include minorities) was always smaller than all other historical regions in Romania (Wallachia and Moldavia, individually).

It still does not prove your point. You claim that cities like Brassov, Sibiu, Cluj, and Oradea were built primarily by Romanians rather than other ethnic groups (Germans, Hungarians, or even Serbs).

That is a valid claim, even though the number of Dacian ruins pale in comparison to the number of cities/towns (not counting ruins) left by other ethnic groups.

I don't mind if you inhabit/use other buildings built by other ethnicities, at least admit they were built by them.

I admit (all Romanians do) that Germans, Austrians and Hungarians have had a great cultural contribution to Romania. I admit also that under their rule were built the best and most beautiful buildings in Transilvania.

I can not admit (all Romanians do not) that Transilvania was not captured/occupied but found empty as some hungarian historians wrongly claim

Serbs in Transylvania?? Do you know something about that?
Many Serbs took refuge in Transylvania after the disaster of the Banat uprising against Turks in 1594 but they eventualy returned in Banat, maybe some of them stayed in Transylvania but they got assimilated very fast..

Only if you're considering Timisoara and Arad as part of Trasylvania, but it's Banat...

I don't know much about Serbs in Transylvania proper, but many modern-day interpretations of the extent of Transylvania tend to include other historic areas as well.

Shifts in borders often change our interpretations. That's why a borderless Europe can make things so much easier.
