Was in town for a few days, so I went by the Fitzroy site.

There's a gray netting over the building, so the green color is muted right now.

The building will really look its best when the contrasting copper is added, and the sun is more to the north, as in the spring and summer.

















Here's a more direct view of some of the terracotta:

Is there some kind of protective film on the cladding? It is supposed to have a dark green glaze very similar to the cabinets in that kitchen.

You can see how dense that netting is on the left side of this photo. Hopefully we'll get a clear view of the building from the street in a few months, maybe with the copper installation proceeding as well.
