Thanapol Sirithanachai, the managing director of Univentures, said the company was conducting a feasibility study on the project design and type of developments with the initial concept to develop a five star hotel and/or grade-A office building.

Univentures has engaged in property investment and development with business allies in both high-rise and low-rise residential projects. It has 944.5 million baht in registered capital, with paid-up capital of 759 million baht. The Sirivadhanabhakdi family has recently become UV's majority stakeholder through Adelfos Co Ltd

Great! but it may not be as big as it looks in the render

The top reminds me a bit of Pipatsin tower on Narathiwas rd. Hope it looks as good when finish.

Fantastic! those shophouses are getting on my nerves.however,The design of the building reminds me of one of Casino project in Macau.But,this one is totally Kick arse!.It suits with supreme location like pon said.Adding some retail part would be awesome.
