I'm not really sure...That I have to check. Unfortunately, Im not part of the group that handles current horizontal developments of Robinsons (subdivisions or communities) - it's Robinson Homes. I'm from Robinsons Land Corporation - High-Rise Buildings Division (HRBD). But thanks for the query, I'll check that with our main office.

Anyway, guys...lemme show you the architect's perspective of AMISA.

I apologize for the pic's quality. I took the shot during the seminar yesterday. To date, Robinsons Land HRBD has not released any materials yet. These would be provided a week before the launching. The launching of the project would be on November 17,2007.

Also, the project would be consist of condominium towers using the "GREEN BUILDING" practice. The architect is the president of the Philippine Green Building Council.

Philippine Green Building Council's goal (PhilGBC) is to conserve nonrenewable resources by rethinking architecture and construction methods, by going green, and building with sustainability in mind.

Another example of a Green Condo Building in the Philippines is the upcoming Gramercy Residences at Century City, Makati.

Now this makes AMISA a one of a kind project here in Cebu and the entire VisMin!

AMISA is just 5 mins. away from Hilton and Shangri-la. It is just across Coral Point Residences, a posh residential condo resort.

Blue Coast Residences is right beside Kaishu Japanese Restaurant. Click here for details.

Additional info Jarenz:

6 condo towers
3 hotel towers

Regarding the number of floors for the hotel towers - that is not yet definite.

The Condo Towers will be built using the "GREEN BUILDING" practice. The first of its kind in Visayas and Mindanao.

Amisa will be developed per phase. Development of the entire complex would take 7 years but it doesnt mean that it would be fully operational on 2011. Please take note that the whole complex would include several areas for leisure, tourism, residential, and commercial.

They would first develop the first two condo towers. And that is what we are currently marketing right now. The options vary from studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units.

By the way, im inviting young entrepreneurs to be part of my team to market not only the Cebu project but the entire projects of Robinsons Land HRBD in Metro Manila as well such as East of Galleria, The Fifth Avenue, The Trion Towers, etc. My team is direct with the Robinsons Land Manila Office.
