Seriously, I'd rather have this same money go into the tram, not some dinky little foot ferry that maybe 15 people will use. Tourists would use it more during tourist season then Seattleites.
I'm pretty sure a Kirkland to Seattle route would get a lot more than 15 people during the work week. The idea is for mass transit that gives a larger reach which is exactly what this does.

I would wonder what the terminus points are. Does it make sense to take a bus to the ferry, get on the ferry, and then continue by bus to your ultimate destination. Anyone know?

I too want to see a map, my guess would be to have the boat go from Kirkland and hook up to the new SLUT.

I would rather get on a bus to get me to my destination. But if your trip requires a bunch of transfers, why not?
