Great towers! I'd really enjoy them if they'd rise at the Danube. They aren't very unique thou, but seem to be quite high-grade buildings.

Vienna goes awesomely well these days. But if this city wanna have a real cluster one day, it shouldn't spread out the highrises/scrapers all over the city... Just an advice

Mixed use. There'll be offices, apartments and (I think) even a hotel.
But most importantly... a viewing platform!

It was planned to start this year, unfortunately it was delayed to spring 2008.
