MidValley Phase 2 has started!

Based on the rendering, so far only the mall, cititel and IGB has been completed. Currently Menara IGB's twin(25 storeys) is U/C as well as the 4 22 storey condos at the right of the pic! Last 2 months(March) fences has been erected at North West part..is it gonna be the tallest tower then?

BTW, MidValley badly needs a new hotel..

Hmmm..I guess that must be true as the hole that they dig was actually rounded shape, just like the rendering of the cylinder shape building on the left side of the whole masterplan...that is interesting

Never knew the development is THAT big!

The skyline will blend just nicely with the currently "lonely" Telekom Tower.

I used to live in Bangsar back in 98 and early 1999, and I remember the Mid-Valley mall was just being touted, but construction hadn't quite started. It would be amazing to go back now and see how different that area is, I can only imagine from the images.

wasn't Midvalley megamall opened in 1998??(around that time)

I cannot say anything yet about the condo cause a person who happen to pass Midvalley everyday I have to say that the construction of that condo is a bit slow though now they already reach the upper part of the building.

The 3 building on the left side is the current construction of the condominium, the other one is the additional mysterious building on top of the current parking lot.

Midvalley already congested enough. Wondered what might happened once the whole projects completed. Even the under construction KTM would not eased the traffic congestion.

I cannot imagine having a condominium next to a busy road. Pity for those people who bought that lower unit facing that road. Must be a nightmare
