The only thing we hear frequently in construction until today is still, thats all..artist Maya karin. But then, she is not involve. Because this is a design and built project, everything ll be in-house management. Thats mean the architect, managers, consultants, engineers, quality checkers, QS, and so on are all in a same toilet, flushing out their shits together with no third party knows how frequent they do it. Because construction in malaysia is still very fragile, the public can only do now is to pray at the end of the project, they wont ask for additional cost claims. 600 millions is too much for this small engineering feat project.

the plan/layout for any palace projects in this world are highly classified, and i believe the contractor also someone behind the curtain..there must be a protocol involved...

Its a lame reason blaming on protocols. There are plenty of projects which are of outmost secrecy and are highly classified. However many of these projects are openly tendered off. Every contractors, consultants, designers and architects have to keep certain secrets if they wanted to get certain projects. Some are even bounded by agreements to do so and many wouldn't wanna risk law suits.
