Thanks for starting this thread. Also planned to do it myself since there is more construction planned in Karlin then in any other district of Prague.

Here is a couple of pictures I took last week around Karlin. Corso II and Rohansky Ostrov constructions are nicely progressing. There is still a lot of gaps to be filled though.

Translation: One thousand luxurious flats and 60 thousand sq meters administrative premises will be part of the project River Gardens.

I read about this building few years ago. The building is designed by DaM architects which is designing Filadelfie building in BB Centrum. Whats interesting here is that you will walk through hole in the building to get to the foot bridge.

The developer received land permit and now it is going through building process approval.

Current situation

Looking at the pictures above the Main Point will be above this park area.

Looks like this building on the left will be removed for the construction.
