Primul ansamblu rezidential din Piatra Neamt: 232 de apartamente in 4 blocuri
Firma israeliana PN Ehad Invest, subsidiara dezvoltatorului israelian Aura Investments, va dezvolta in Piatra Neamt un proiect cu 232 apartamente, denumit Green Hill, investitie estimata la 20 mil. euro. "Proiectul va cuprinde patru blocuri cu cate 10 etaje. Sunt apartamente cu una, doua, trei si patru camere, cu suprafete cuprinse intre 45 si 135 metri patrati", au declarat reprezentantii Coldwell Banker, compania imobiliara care promoveaza ansamblul, adaugand ca nu pot da alte date despre proiect, pentru ca acesta inca nu a fost lansat pe piata. Preturile apartamentelor pornesc de la 65.000 si ajung la peste 200.000 euro, potrivit informatiilor afisate pe site-ul promotorului. "Cu o populatie de peste 100.000 de locuitori, Piatra Neamt este cel de-al treilea mare oras din zona nord-estica a Romaniei, dupa Iasi si Bacau. Pe piata imobiliara locala exista cerere pentru servicii de calitate, cele mai atractive segmente fiind cel rezidential si cel turistic, datorita pozitionarii orasului intr-o zona muntoasa", explica Adrian Ghimpau, expansion manager la Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania. Este de asteptat ca sectorul turistic din oras sa inregistreze o dezvoltare puternica, in urma programului de investitii al autoritatilor locale, au precizat reprezentantii Coldwell Banker. Printre proiectele primariei se numara amenajarea unei telegondole cu o lungime totala de 2.150 m care va face legatura intre gara si cota Trei Coline de pe muntele Cozla, precum si reamenajarea partiei de ski, care va fi dotata cu un telescaun modern, beneficiind de o capacitate de 1.200 persoane/ora. Compania de consultanta si brokeraj imobiliar Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania a investit 60.000 euro pentru deschiderea unei noi sucursale in Moldova, la Piatra Neamt. In urma acestei lansari reteaua Coldwell Banker din Romania ajunge la sapte puncte de lucru. Trei dintre acestea sunt in Bucuresti - respectiv sediul central din strada Icoanei, Coldwell Banker Mosilor si Coldwell Banker Opera. Centrul comercial ar putea cuprinde si un magazin apartinand grupului Dedeman Bacau, distribuitor de materiale de constructii si dealer auto. Potrivit reprezentantului firmei din Bucuresti, Dedeman este asociat in cadrul proiectului, dar participatiile investitionale ale celor doua firme in cadrul acestuia nu au fost inca stabilite.Reprezentantii Dedeman au confirmat colaborarea cu firma din Capitala, dar nu au oferit detalii.

First pedestrian square in Bacau
Bacau City Hall closed on 24 january the execution and design project for the arrangement of the pedestrian square in front of "Vasile Alecsandri" house of culture. Polus Cluj arata groaznic la exterior, am fost astazi acolo
desi nici interiorul nu te da pe spate, respecta aceeasi reteta ca si exteriorul. o combinatie nereusita intre 'modern' in stilul anilor '90 si traditionalul prost interpretat.Iulius mall-stilat si intr un cadru desprins parca din scenele de teatru- castiga astfel competitia, daca e sa facem o comparatie intre cele 2 mall uri. si eu sper ca la C-ta sa vedem altceva, desi m am cam saturat de cupole(trebuie sa recunosc ca nu mi au placut niciodata ) asa cum am vazut in randarile prezentate de dezvoltator.

New ski resort complexes due for Predeal
www.thediplomat.ro PREDEAL and BUCHAREST Romanian real estate developer Imobiliara will deliver this year two residential projects in Predeal and Bucharest. Predeal Ski Apartments, at the junction between Strada Tudor Vladimirescu and Strada Vasile Alecsandri in Predeal, will include 30 two to five room apartments covering a total area of 2,136 sqm at prices of 1,200 Euro per sqm. In Bucharest the company is developing a block of flats with 34 apartments near JW Marriott Hotel. ‘Sirenelor Apartments’ includes flats stretching over areas between 100 and 350 sqm. This is due for completion by October 2008. This August Imobiliara will begin the construction works on a ten-holiday apartment complex on Strada Tudor Vladimirescu, in Predeal, to be delivered by 2009. All the apartments in the ‘Predeal Snow Houses’ complex will have balconies and ski slope view. Imobiliara was set up in 2004 and has delivered so far, besides residential projects, two shopping centres in the sea resorts of Venus and Saturn, Constanta county.

This will include 24 terraced houses on a total area of 200 sqm. The firm plans to develop 20 similar complexes, which will cover 5,900 sqm, according to a spokesman for real estate agency GVA Asco Properties. GIURGIU Romanian construction materials producer and transporter Corsarul Rosu Impex 93 will deliver this March the first 20 villas of its first residential project located on the Bucurest-Pitesti motorway, near the village of Bolintin Vale, Giurgiu county. The ‘La Rivierre’ project includes 60 detached villas with areas between 250 and 300 sqm and prices of 1,200 Euro per sqm. The company has invested 25 million Euro in the development of this project. FOCSANI Austrian real estate company Meinl Europe Land has budgeted investments worth 61 million Euro for the construction of a shopping centre in Focsani, Vrancea county, with a total lettable area of 23,000 sqm, due for delivery in 2009, according to Ziarul Financiar. Meinl Europe Land, controlled by Meinl Bank, last year purchased a 60,000 sqm shopping center in Constanta for 130 million Euro and pledged investments of around 400 million Euro in countrywide shopping centres. SIBIU Romanian real estate developer Imoinvest has budgeted investments worth 6.5 million Euro for the development of a residential complex in Sibiu. The Dumbrava complex, located on Strada Intrarea Siretului, includes 160 apartments with one and two rooms on sale for prices around 900 Euro and over a total built area of 12,332 sqm. Imoinvest is part of the Imofinance financial and real estate group and has four more ongoing projects in Cluj-Napoca. IASI Romanian construction company Art Instal is building a residential complex in Iasi, in Nicolina neighbourhood. Art Residence includes 64 apartments with two and three rooms and will be delivered at the end of this year.
