hi.. sorry for this late reply.. seems everybody in this thread are too busy right now.. besides manaoag you can take a jeep/bus (whatever) to dagupan city.. you can find an old church there called St. John's Cathedral.. Not far from the city, in Calasiao, near the municipal building is the SANCTUARIO DEL SEÑOR DIVINO TESORO.. you can also find a version of Calvary Hill in Bani.. it has a 1000 step Via Crucis leading to the Redeemer's Cross.. in Lingayen you can find the Capitol as well as the Princess Urduja House, Gov. Residence...

other tourist attractions are the hundred islands in Alaminos, Umbrella Rocks in Agno, Cape Bolinao and the beaches along San Fabian..

You must have been to the "newer" St. John's. Right next to it is the old St. John's which was destroyed in the earthquake of 1991 but is now fully restored and operational. They only celebrate a few masses there on sundays and I believe is closed the rest of the time. This original church has probably been around since the spanish era. This is where I was baptized many, many moons ago.
