How come the thread title says its 35 storeys tall when it states here that it will have 29 floors?

There is information for this building on 2 websites, acl.com.pk and Smehboob.com. Now smehboob.com says its 35 floors and acl.com.pk says its 29. incompetent retards

So naturally I picked the greater of the two for the name of the thread.
