The Size of Singapore Wil Be Increased to 800 Sq Km by 2030

I read in an article that the current size of Singapore at 704 sq km will be increased to 800 sq km by 2030.

Looking at the Concept Plan 2001. More land will be reclaimed from the East Coast area. There is a "Long Island" along the current east coast park. It sure looks like a BIG project to me. Any idea?
