Always laughing at that outta place graphic billboard. Well at lease someone sees the brian lara promanade as a potential caribbean times square. I really think it can be one if the downtown business commision invest in that. it will be the promanade of lights and draw tourist during the night too. It's ok to have 24 hr businesses.

Thats a nice deal for modern urban area to save parking space, but hope they get their own traffic light to ease the flow of traffic in and out a 9-story parking building... This is great for solving the the parking situation in Port of Spain. However, a bit ironic. This parking lot is suppose to include the city station for the mass transit system. This is a little reverse because normally in park and ride system, the parking spaces are situated in the suburbs or on the outter skirts of the city, where by, commuters park and take mass transit into the city.
