Bueno en el caso del Estado de chihuahua, existen anteproyectos de años atras en Cd. Juarez y Chihuahua

en Juares esta San Jerónimo (Que seria la Primer ciudad Binacional)

y Chihuahua está Tabalaopa ,pero no hay mucha información despues te mando un PM con la info Nikkodemo, para no desviar el tema, saludos.
