Indeed T bite Dubai in the mid 80's was not even an emerging economy country

the tremedous casf flow from the oil gave them the opprtunity to accomplished in 15 years what a 'normal' economy would accomplish in 50 years ..

Emiratis are really smart and they understoodthat the oil is an oppotunity to flourish their economy and diversify it when other sushAs KSA laid back even if their population is well educated their economy is mainlybased on the oil incomings
