Dhs 5,500+ per sq ft for the studio. One bedroom per sq ft cost will be little less. This one is a short tower compared to others.

How come sucha massive developer never has any bloody details on their website???? It drives me nuts..

Emaar never gives out much detail in advance and never gives specific prices on the web page. I think it's all part of a policy to force people to make a decision on the spot (at launch) with as little info availalbe as possible. When we bought our villa, they only gave out plans on the day and we had no idea of prices. You are in a "take it or leave it" situation!

They also increase the price of properties which they hold back to drive the market so that's one reason they don't put prices on the web.
