Tokat is a city in the mid Black Sea region of Anatolia with a population of 128,000 inhabitants (2007 census). Tokat is located 250 km from Samsun and 420 km from Ankara. The city is one of the most important trade centers in the region.

Location
The site is perfectly located at the main road entering the city center amidst densely populated residential developments. Tht total population of Tokat can reach the site within 10 minutes drive.

Project Overview
A two-level shopping center with a leasable area of 25,000 m2 , anchored by a hypermarket, an electronic store and a cinema. Other main tenants include department stores, strong leisure and a food court. The shopping center will have 700 parking places and is very good accessible by public transport. The project will be the first and the biggest modern shopping center in town.
