are there any movements sa site? puro concept palang kasi ang nilalabas ng proponents eh., wala pang solid renderings.

why are the renderings from different companies located in the same location? like the one from genting., which is the same with the one with the tower? hano ba to?

this just means, they have no solid plans as of yet. puro concept palang. or, the designs are still in the drawing board. i wonder who among the investors will pour money for the tower.?

from what i have heard ,the construction will start before december or the 3rd quarter this year...i wish they could start it right away because many people wants pagcor city to be fully operational by the near future....and i hope many tourists will arrive in our country...

If DOT would just advertise the WOW Philippines even more and throughout the world, and larger marketing is needed if we want to get even a 1/4 of the 2 billion - 4 hour radius.

I'm astounded by the two articles which were cover stories for this Bagong Nayong Pilipino Manila Bay Tourist Pagcor City (BaNaPiMaBaToPa City and the fact that the ambitious earthquake-reclaimed-land-terrorist-and-within-the-budget-for-being-the-tallest-tower-in-Asia-proof is the symbol to the PAGCOR's answerto the entire poverty of the Philippines.

Normally I'm not quite sarcastic, dry, but for some reason I was completely turned off by the idea that something of this sort in ten years at 2018 would solve the country's current problems on poverty in all the islands?

Sure within ten years there are loads of developments like probably our infrastructure will improve but really it severely drills my head in to read such things.

The question is:

Is a one off cure like this Banapimabatopa City a result of the Philippines finally making long term plans to solve the country's challenges?


IF SO ARE WE STILL GOING TO BE ALIVE - or our descendants going to be in the country - BY THEN TO APPRECIATE IT?

Sorry but I'm normally not in this weird rude manner, as you can read on my other posts Im quite positive and eager and promoting the country constantly to my mates here in England...but geez man how long do we have to wait to really want our country to be the envy of others in the region?

@plmetzen - don't let the PR bother you. If you listen to all the developer, eastwood city, fort boni, ayala redevelopment, eton city, qc cbd, mckinley park are all the complete answer to all the Philippine's problems! hehe, it's marketing that's all so alam mo naman mahilig ang hyperbole sa mga Pilipino and specially real estate developers since they're trying to manage perceptions so as to create the illusion of value (which will hopefully be self fulfilling !).

Yup you'r right progress takes time not only 1 day, week ,year or decades but its takes to much time to achieve! even China the Worlds fastest Growing Economy almost takes 30 year to put their own country in 1st world! and i think RP can and will take 10 to 15 years to join other nation in prosperity! and its up to every Filipino if they want to go abroad!
