Impressive; though despite it's height, I do like Burj Dubai a little more, far more elegant. This is just a huge chunk.

Anyway, a 7 star hotel and a 5 star hotel, residences, offices, exhibition and convention centre; this is going to be a rather busy place; especially for one with 40 000 workers and 80 000 residents.

One thing though, it claims to be Dubai's capital. Does it mean arms of government will move in? Silly question but kinda curious.
