[Budapest] KÖKI – Terminal Shopping Center

Since the KÖKI Mall is finally u/c, and it's website is partly opened, IMO the development deserves it's own thread.

From the website of Jones Lang LaSalle

Description

The newly constructed shopping centre will be built –in together with the final stop of the M3 metro line, the bus terminal and a small railway station, which will provide 60,000 pedestrians passing the site daily while changing traffic type. The total built-in surface of the project is 200,000 m2 including 60,000 m2 retail area on three levels, nearly 20,000 m2 office area, number of car parking spaces and a DIY store.

The estimated opening is 2010.
