Article - 250 W 55 ST construction placed on hold

I haven't been able to find any information on this one (or I simply might not be looking in the right place), but I just caught an article saying that active construction on a sizable new building at 250 W 55th St (at 8th Ave) in Midtown Manhattan has just been placed on hold due to a major committed tenant pulling out.

Does anyone know any more about this one?

Thanx!

Mike

I believe the tenant that pulled out actually signed a lease at 11 Times Square, just a few blocks down on 8th avenue.
