I very much doubt that Singapore built theirs in the middle of nowhere. It's probably served by a metro line, if not two or three lines.

I thought North Ryde was supposed to be 'Silicon Valley'. Which is a ridiculous term by the way. I highly doubt Badgery's Creek or even North Ryde will have a large number of tech start-up companies.
