HEYDAR ALIYEV CULTURAL CENTER - UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Cultural center named after Heydar Aliyev is under construction at Heydar Aliyev avenue instead of demolished an old Sattarkhan's factory. This center includes: a big library, concert hall, conference center, park and other. Construction works are expected to be finished in 2010

Boyug-shor Urban Development - Proposed

Concept over development and urbanism around Beyug-Shor lake which is in the northern part of Baku. It used to be one of the most industrial and polluted part of the city, but according to the new development plan of Baku, it must be redeveloped again. The works have already been started in the south part of Beyug-Shor lake, but many things still have to be done.
