Could be good for cross-London journeys, such as Bedford/Luton to Heathrow - and would feed into the North Acton super-interchange.

There is currently a planning application to build a Thameslink station at Brent Cross. The developers say that will not lead to Cricklewood station closing. However, no train would stop at both stations.
Cricklewood (and Kentish Town) will not have platforms extended. This COULD happen at Cricklewood if Network Rail decided not to sell off so much land. |

Oddly enough I was flicking through my first edition Brown last night to learn more about the Blackfriars layout. Will the second edition show any more detail of the new trackwork there?

Having got edition one I know that it will look better. Will you be including the new ELL in edition 2?
BTW, will SCC members get a discount

The future image of the Blackfriars is alittle bit wrong. from that Ive seen the platforms will curve around the track as it enters the station. Will see if I can find an image.

Yeah it's a lot cruder than I'd like: I literally had to work from the description of the through platforms replacing the current terminal platforms with new terminal platforms partially on the abandoned piers of the Alexandra Bridge... I had no diagram to work from. The third edition (2012?) won't require the inset box, and will be correct

I notice they have stacked the track of one of the freight lines, presumably to relay after the bridge work. The other freight track is still in situ.
