not sure if this is true but i was checking skyscraperpages diagrams and noticed bor to be ahead of 900 biscayne,i was like wtf,so i checked the diagram and bor has a huge spire,i was overjoyed .although the spire will be huge.i don't know if the spire is going to be this high but this is some good news.so i guess bor is going to be our third tallest,for a little while

that diagram is way off. it shows the height to the roof as being roughly 600ft., & we know that's not right. & i also seriously doubt whatever spire they put on it is gonna be 150ft.

i'd like to know where the diagram artist got their info from.

a while back, in a rendering it showed a giant spire, i think this was the pic

but i believe it was changed with all the updated renderings, and no more giant spire, so these are probably old figures.

Its only supposed to be about 430 feet tall according to the miami web page.. Phase two will only be 24 floors according to their own web page, unless they change the plans (does that ever happen??? haha). Emporis has BOR at 482 feet, but it lists the second tower at 46 floors, hmm. Something is amiss.

Ok more than one site says BOR tower two will be 46 floors, and as this picture shows, it will have a spire as well.

Tower II is a bit taller than tower I. Tower I is 42 floors... Chuck only knows how high once you put the tiara on top. The reason why the tower II would reflect 24 floors is that, in the most clever marketing manuveur, they have capitalized on the "loft concept" and all the apartments are twenty-ish feet tall. Dual level loft-ish apartments.

, What I mean is they said they're starting in MARCH

with the Foundation, BUT there's the Ground Broken with four pegs in the ground and Metal bars on top, Some kind of testing the ground before the Foundation Starts.ALSO, the Rendering of the two is at www.brickellontheriver.com
