Great inside update again 234Sale. The cladding looks promissing. The only thing i don't understand is why the 'core' from the lower building is so enormously big. That building isn't that high.

there is just 2 small cores, the big one is not core ,maybe the transguard of the residential tower.

Also with the Podium, it will be interesting to see the level of detail is the same as the model.

You can see it here, it has 2 level of podium,

3 cores for the residential, 2 together and 1 seperate, then building joins around the 16F from the ground

According to site engineer, 2000 cubic meters of concrete was poured, through the night, till 11am this morning.

So this is the view from x14, taken in the middle were balcony would be.

View from x16, again taken from middle of balcony.

Looks like Burj view for some time.

would be some nice view from there because many towers wont be built , at least for 4-5 years from now or maybe never

looks like the residential part will have water/ burj view for a while! o14 is off to the left and doesnt really hinder the view as much as i feared at the beginning.
