Ostrava

If you travel between Cracow and Prague, and, passing Katowice Urban Area does not make you feeling of hardcore industrial place enough, have a stop in Ostrava, 155 km W from Cracow and 360 km E from Prague. Despite its reputation the city centre (Moravská Ostrava) consists of several well examples of historical architecture. Yet, industrial panoramas of Ostrava, former heavy industry centre is the most reamrkable atute of the city (although there is no more coal mining since 1994). Unlike other Czech cities, urban structure of Ostrava is polycentric and may remain cities from heavy-industrial areas north-western England or Ruhr-area in Germany. City proper covers all urban area, makes population number of about 310,000 dating Czech 3rd city after Prague and Brno. Last, but not least, Stodolni street adverts itself as the most densy area of bars, clubs and pubs in Central Europe.

WOAH MAN! Yeah! I love that industries!!
And the rest of the city looks very very nice, like the rest of the czech cities, this is one of my favourite countries of Europe!
