Well I for one love the American melted bright yellow liquid cheese that I put on just about everything in Florida - hot and cold.
![]() I only really like waxy cheese - crumbly cheese is too strong and usually tastes nasty. I can eat small amounts of stilton though. Brie is my fave.

I think Tesco's even have their own brand of Blue Brie: http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/tesco...eamy_175g.html Though I would stay clear of that, there must be loads on offer in various cheese shops and deli's across London. Lovely cheese too I must admit.

I've just come back from a house party involving an excellent buffet that of course included a vast array of cheeses. Everyone there was particularly unexciting so I must have been stood at the buffet table for a good 2 hours and eaten a few hundred grams of cheese. I just didn't have a clue what the cheeses were

you would be suprised that we make good cheese here, at least in Wisconsin. Its a world class cheese and dairy region that doesn't get the props of France or Italy. I tried to make that argument with chocolate before I was gangraped in that thread.

I don't like to many cheeses, cottage, mozzarella, cheddar, and I won't try something
(Bluecheese) that smells like someones unwashed arsehole. (I'm only joking.)

Nice. Although someone needs to point out to them that Snowdonia is not in England! And if you're ever down Cardiff way, visit Madame Fromage opposite the Castle. ![]() http://www.madamefromage.co.uk Over 150 cheeses, including over 75 French and 35 Welsh.

My favourite cheeses are Reblochon from the Savoy region of France, Creamy Lancashire from Ashton Market, Turkish Kelle Peyniri, Queso Manchego from Spain, a mature Cheshire and Cheddar, Tallegio and of course Parmesan, the king of cheese.
At the moment I have a Pont Levesque stinking my larder out. Never keep cheese in the fridge. |

I highly recommend Appenzeller cheese to anyone who can find it in the UK. Go for an aged version and it is heavenly. It's a Swiss cheese with a strong nutty/fruity flavour and smell. Absolutely divine.

Did anyone else think the advert for Cheese Strings was saying G-Strings??
What the hell is the new advert about? A glass of milk on top of a telephone. Eh?
