Kerala - Projects and Development

High Speed Railway Line from TVPM to Kasaragod has been proposed by the State Govt.with the co-operation of Indian Railways.As part of this,steps are on to form Kerala Rail Development Corporation and istructions given to the Industries Dept.This was decided by a high level meeting chaired by Finance Minister Dr.Thomas Issac and KSIDC has apponted as the Nodal agency.Kerala was not included in the proposed Bullet Train projects in Mumbai,Delhi etc.The cost is not finalised and international consultant will be appointed to do the feasibilty.An amount of 20 Cr has been allocated for these.
