Allemand ?

Congrats for Tunisia!

Enfidha is a a small city really ...

However it s in a prime location that will be in the near future the heart of the Tunisian economy . between the Tunis area and the Sahel ( Sousse and Sfax) with plenty of unused land . it was a sebkha before .

Enfidha will include the new international airport a deep water harbor and a new industrial district - offshoring mainly that is also under construction ( phase 1) .

Congrats for Tunisia!

Wow,so the town will really boom in the next years.
Are they preparing something for the new mass population ?

Mostly touristic projects such as Marina El Qussor at Hergla by Emaar ... The new industrial district includes a commercial and retail area in the first phase the second phase will definitely include a residential area

A+

The Tunisian Government must hire a reputed organization such as Phoenix remodeling for renovating and designing this new airport. Although, this will be a costly project but it will guarantee quality for the years to follow.

It s a new airport why on earth would you need to renovate a building that is UNDER CONSTRUCTION ?

what s wrong with TAV construction ?? they pedigree is very impressive : DOHA airport, Cairo, Dubai & many skyscrapers including the Dubai Marina ...
