Toronto's H2O park has been a great success. It's interesting seeing it in the winter though, with the snow hanging on those yellow umbrellas:

Montreal is more beautiful than Toronto, but this has the best skyline. I choose Toronto.

Toronto looks best overall. It has some great height and I like how it tapers. Reminds me of LA in that it is small but respectable.
Vancouver has hands down the best location. Beautiful scenery, I loved it when I was there but yes monotonous skyline. Montreal is really respectable and being from San Diego I feel the pain from height limitations. Calgary is seriously lacking in scenery which I give some weight to in skylines. Love the parliament building at Ottowa though. Canada sure is pretty. Loved what I've experienced of it for the most part.

I don't know why people, but I appear to be fascinated by skyscrapers as the black/dark tall one right in up in front in this picture .... , I don't know, I find them so beautiful.
Like the AON in Los Angeles... Somehow, and I might be wrong, but I find that a tower as like, adds some kind of an elegance, majestically kind of a glamour to any skyline. but why is that? |
