One of the better 80s buildings, nice(ish) shape, but it's a building with problems...

Sick Building Syndrome, or whatever it's called, and is unusable...

Nice shell though, I'll give it.ooohhh 7 out 10, but that's borderline...

I actually quite like the building and think its a shame its going, but if its unsavable I guess it has to. Just about scrapes a 6 for me.

I really like the shape and materials, and for its time it is a good example.

BUT it was poorly-designed and the workmanship is awful. The building is unusable due to SBS, the windows have kinks in and the brickwork is truly horrendous - I have rarely seen such patchy brickwork.

It will be a sad loss though. 5/10
