No idea what this is or if it has been posted. It's in Hefei at least.

That project in Hefei is the 合肥坝上街项目. The renders look huge, but they don't expect they will be taller than 250m for some reason.

Does it mean if SOM design the new CBD area like that, every developer who want to build skyscraper should follow SOM's building design and height restriction too?

SHENYANG | Shenyang Eton Center | 400m, 88 floors; 300m, 58 floors. Approved. Architect: John Portman. Developer: Eton Properties. Located in Shenhe district, next to Hang Lung Plaza twin towers, this project will be started in mid-2009 according to recent releases. The final layout was decided in late 2008 after dismissing NBBJ’s proposal. The current height probably doesn’t include the spires in the main tower. Project thread.

More images of the final version.

Looks like they picked Atkins' proposal for the East Tower for the concept modeling, or maybe that's the actual design. We'll see.
Well, well, we got the developer: Evergrande Real Estate, China Mainland's largest developer currently. We should open a thread as soon as they officially announce it or release some height, etc.

New possible supertall(s) for Shenyang! Lotte Group project may be far more interesting than expected from the preliminary renders.

This project is a huge mystery to me, I don't really know what to think.

At first they announced that the project would have 275m, 65 floors. No clear detalis at all, only a few ultra tacky renders like this:

But this the design posted at Junglim Architecture website :O

Developer: Lotte Group
Architect: RTKL + Junglim Architecture

No heights, it only says "65 floors", but the main tower clearly has 76, it should be around 290-350m imo. Also the twin towers look quite tall, in the second render where we can distinguish the floors it seems that they both have more than 70 either. They should be around 280-320m imo. We'll see.

On the other hand, Shenyang projects have been very disappointing in the past, announcing huge skyscraper projects whose final design became far shorter in the end.
Examples:
Northeast WTC. From 400m~ to 260m (320m~ if they add a spire, still unclear).
Dragon Dream Pacific Center. From 4x400m (yes) to 2x400m, then 2x300m and finally just 2x270m~.
Shimao Wulihe City. From 2x300m to 2x285m.
Sunrise City. From 377m to 2x150m.
Shenyang IFC. Currently 428m, may be revised downwards they say.

So we better don't expect much from this till they start construction. There are also a few examples of huge upwards revision anyway, the trend works in both ways.

Lotte project will be built opposite the north railway station. They are planning tons of stuff around the railway station area, including:

SYIFC: 428m
Richgate Project: 426m, 350m, 350m
Northeast WTC: 260m (300m+ if they add the crown)

And a couple of blocks southwards:

Hang Lung complex: 380m, 350m, 2x200m.
Eton project: 400m, 380m~.

And some others.

I didn't know this one. 南昌绿地•中央广场. Central Plaza, developed by Greenland Group in Nanchang. 2x289m, 68 floors. Height might be revised upwards they said. We'll see.

That's pretty much exactly SOM's old design for White Magnolia Plaza in Shanghai.

Mind Boggling to say the least, wonder which city will get the lucky 888m tower. Shenzhen/Chonqing/Shanghai?
