Thanks for the maps, squirrelq. Gives a better idea of what will be done. Judging from those photos with congested streets Vietnam needs expressways... and the sooner the better.

The problem in Vietnam will be those mopeds, scooters and bikes. They are one of the most vulnerable traffic categories. I think they (except motorcycles) should be banned from expressways. It's just too dangerous.
