When I was at The Den for the Leeds Millwall match last season there was this fat chick infront of me getting some food. She bought a packet of crisps, 2 hotdogs and a burger then when the bloke asked if she wanted anything else she stood there looking at the menu thing. "Oh i'll have a diet coke aswell, on abit of a diet you see"

Fucking priceless.

Amazingly, a survey reveals the Yorkshire side, who went from the Premier League to League One in three years, are loathed even more than Manchester United and Chelsea.

Shit, cause its bad for you (bad joke I know)

on more serious note, try to minimize starchy food, and saturated fat, as you are about to hit 40, you should aim for minimum saturated fat in your diet, look at labels, 5grams of saturated fats per day should be your max...

And I mean everyting included, also salt intake should be 5 grams. Therefore, do no buy prepacked or ready meals.

Avoid fast food like a scourge, and if you like having a kebab or nice hamburger, make it a treat thing, once a month... other than that I am sure you' gonna be just fine

than you are ok, you said you are what 72 kilos, that is what 162 pounds, you are what 178/180cm, you should be ok than, all you need to do is make sure you minimize fats and starch in your diet, more veggies and some fruits, when you cook, use tablespoon to measure your oil, and use sunflower or olive oil, for deep frying use vegetable oil...

I am sure you know what you are doing, so no need for me to go on and on about foods...

I found British heart foundation website quite helpful... http://www.bhf.org.uk/

I know I eat too much oil/butter and too much salt, and LOL at the thought of ever getting anywhere near '5 a day', but past that i'm not doing too bad...

I'm not squeamish about any sort of food, I like trying new things. I tried foie gras recently, fucking delicious.

I'm pretty happy with the balance and nutritional content of what I eat - what I was more interested in was the ecological impact.

Say, for example, I like eating little lambykins and moo cows, but it turns out rearing moo cows means that rainforests are getting cut down, and the moo cows fart too much methane which will Kill Us All, then I'm prepared to eat more little lambykins instead of moo cows. That kind of thing. I'm just not very well-informed about things like that.
