Bushwick, Brooklyn / Ridgewood, Queens (Video Walking tour)

A tour of Wyckoff Ave in the Ridgewood-Bushwick area. Interested in moving to the area? This video may help you make up your mind

It's pretty recent too and great quality! By rdgwd237 over on YOUTUBE

I loved Ridgewood. Nice Polish presense there. Are they or are they not getting close to Broadway junction?

I like both the RW and the BW, much has changed since the 90's. My cousin lives in BushWick. "Are they" as in hipsters/yuppies ? lol

I've seen some groups within the industrial areas of Bushwick and on Bushwick ave, where those lovely structures are located, brownstones, mansions, ect. Broadway Junction is way out, at the end of the Bushwick, where it meets Cypress Hills, Ocean Hill and Highland Park. Not too noticeable there, I usually transfer there, and haven't walked through it in some time. I currently reside in Cypress Hills which is not too far from the Broadway Junction.

Yes! The 1990's Bushwick was very different than it is today, grittier too! And more drug dealing infested! I recall my father looking at some Bushwick properties, it was quite cheap then, and as a teen would always wrinkle my nose and protest, he use to say things change and change is coming. I don't do that anymore! I'm from northern Brooklyn myself, I know it quite well, along with southern and western Queens!
