NEW YORK | 137 West 45th Street | 182m | 56 fl | U/C

It will rise right in the middle of this photo.

This is the site. I was there two weeks ago, and a large crew was working. My sources in NY inform me that a large crew works all day every day.

It looks decent for a filler.
I'm sure the previous building in this plot was more interesting tough

Sadly, several nice little buildings from the late 19th/early 20th century were razed. The developer is Israeli and doesn't really care about NY's history. He cares only about making sheckels.

Intresting building, not bad though for the Times Square area. It will probably fit in.

Do you have pictures of it?
It's a shame the developres still thinking the same way they did in the 60's.They could have built this box and let the facades of the old buildings there.

Nice, slender tower. It looks a lot taller than 182 meter.

This is one of them. The others were similar.

Sadly, the Israeli developer only cared about making money.

You're welcome.

Sadly, developers have razed many magnificent buildings in NY in recent years.

I doubt that there will be retail because they probably will want to have the lobby and a hotel bar at ground level so there won't be an independent store. Anyway, Times Square, for the most part, doesn't have any regular retail.
