Ciudad Empresarial Sarmiento Angulo: 330.000 square meters in 12 corporative towers arranged around an urban boulevard of 550 meters long, equipped with facilities and services that provide an ideal business environment for the best companies of the world.The economic and social change that Colombia has undergo in the last years, focus the attention in the business world, and makes Bogotá the main center of the operative control in the Caribbean and the Andean region. As a response for the need that leader local companies have for projection in the external market, the demand for corporate spaces with international design standards, good locations and equipment, and the environment of the corporate districts from the main cities of the world, is growing.Been aware of the big potential that Avenue El Dorado offers to the development of the city and the metropolitan region, the Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo organization planned a megaproject that will become the heart of the business city in the XXI century.The complex will be located in three mega blocks and will consist of towers with 10 floors each, which will serve as offices in the upper floors and stores in the first floors. In two of the mega blocks, the towers will stand on top of a big platform with outdoor spaces that will provide movement and ambiance to the first floors, which are destined for restaurants, coffee shops, services and commerce.The pedestrian paths in between the buildings are designed to form a central plaza of more than 4.000 square meters in each mega block. The paths and public squares, all pedestrian, will form an urban walk defined by a carefully architectonic and landscape design of outdoor space, with a length of more than 300 meters. Also, each mega block will have an underground parking lot with room for about 2.500 cars in each.

Amazing!! That Avenue is going to get even better when this project is completed. One of the best zones in Bogota IMO. When is its construction scheduled to be finished?

Different studies of the competitive of the country have pointed the location of Colombia as an advantage in the continent. This natural benefit is been developed and expressed with industrial and transportation projects, as well as with the construction of several business buildings in Bogotá, the economic, social and administrative center of the country.
