I'm from leeds and I don't agree with you - our skyline is poor. Untill we get the Lumiere *fingers crossed* and other GOOD QUALITY talls (instead of lego-like student accomodation) we are far behind Birmingham. Sorry, but it's true.

Liverpool in my opinion is easily superior - it's hard to beat a waterfront skyline, massive advantage to Liverpool. Not sure about Leeds though..

Cool tower! This design would fit very nicely next to Holloway Circus, and next to the proposed Beorma Quarter.
Perhaps the skyline of Birmingham isn't the most impressive one outside London. It will surely be the skyline with the best architectural highlights. |

Birmingham HAS the best skyline for it's size and is best and most dense outside London. Liverpool, I can understand because of the waterfront (but that certainly doesn't make it better than the Birmingham skyline, sorry but it's just a few buildings with a mighty fine hertiage duo) but Leeds, what skyline, I can't see one...

Liverpool has the best skyline outside of London ... no shred of doubt about it.

Yes Yes! We all know liverpool has a waterfront. But ... Birminghams built in a forest though, and aon top a limestone ridge
and is also the biggest city in Western Europe that doesn't have a water source ... +3 for Birmingham. ![]() Oh wait ... we do have specific vantage points from our surrounding hills with our reservoirs in the ofreground Liverpool better ... from One view. from the other 359 degrees ... Brum spanks it. ![]() ![]()
