Am considerat ca ar fi foarte util sa avem un thread separat pentru metrou, desi avem deja "Public Transport". Mi se pare suficient de importanta reteaua de metrou incat sa necesite propriul thread, si ar fi mult mai usor cei interesati de metrou sa gaseasca stiri si alte cele aici.

M-am apucat sa fac harti ale statiilor de metrou. Cat de corect pot. Din pacate, nu prea am avut acces la planuri "oficiale", sa pot suprapune... Totusi, eu zic ca au iesit OK Gara de Nord si Universitate. Le re-postez aici. Urmeaza sa termin Unirea as soon as possible =P Enjoy!

Joi 12 noiembrie 2009:

România va primi aproape 400 de milioane de euro de la Banca Europeană de Investiţii pentru linia de metrou Drumul Taberei-Universitate.

Suma reprezintă 45 la sută din valoarea totală a proiectului de 883 milioane de euro.

Contractul de finanţare a fost semnat astăzi.

Bucharest Subway Co Metrorex To Spend Some RON55.4M On Studies For New Mainline

Bucharest subway company Metrorex will pay some 55.42 million lei (EUR1=RON4.2817), VAT not included, on pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for a new mainline to connect Unirii Square in central Bucharest to Rahova and Colentina neighborhoods, in southwestern and northeastern Bucharest.

The contract will be funded from the company's own revenues and will run for one year, of which, six months upon the signing of the contract for the pre-feasibility study and another six months after Metrorex approves the feasibility study. Construction works on the new mainline will take seven to eight years.

Metrorex will set up an auction in March 2010 and interested bidders are expected to submit offers until March 4. The contract will be assigned to the bidder with the most advantageous financial offer, with the price accounting for 52% and the technical offer accounting for 48%.

To partake in the auction, bidders must submit a participation guarantee of RON830,000 and certify they have obtained an average turnover of at least RON110 million over the past three years.

Bidders must also certify they have carried out similar projects over the past three years, including a project for the drafting of a feasibility study on a new subway mainline or underground railroad, in urban areas, stretching onto at least six kilometers.

The new subway mainline will connect with all other operating and future mainlines and the average distance between stops will be of maximum 800 meters.

• Modernizing existing metro stations by building public toilets, improving static and dynamic means of information for the public and refurbishing the stations themselves
• Modernizing ventilation, sanitary, fire fighting and communication systems; upgrading train tracks

panamar, that's an older post from when it wasn't clear to me how Metrorex will designate the new lines. And it's still not written in stone since I've seen countless variations.

Rahova - Voluntari should be , but if they build towards Otopeni first then we could see it renamed to M6 with a possible color change.

The bottom line is that it's all pretty hazy when it comes to Metrorex's plans...

M8, orice linie de metrou subteran ar fi utila pentru Bucuresti, ba chiar o linie de centura completa pornind de la a ta propusa, eventual sa fie Inelul 2 subteran al capitalei. Insa as adauga, daca tot e statia la Basarabi, una in plus la Banu Manta la Primaria Sector 1 si una la Piata 1 Mai, apoi statia de la Turda banuiesc ca te referi la Turda cu Ion Mihalache.
Eu zic ca linii de metrou ar trebui sa fie pana la plictiseala, chiar daca ar veni unu sa zica "N-ar fi 100% utile" as zice ca daca nu va fi 100% util, chiar si 50% util ( deci nu algomeratie mare/calcare in picioare ) tot ajuta imens.

Corect, insa tu vorbesti de o utopie. Sunt de acord. Totusi, linia maro, in partea de Vest, coincide cu linia lui 41. De aceea cred ca ar fi MULT mai utila o portiune cum am desenat eu, minimalist. Am "dizainat" doar in zona aia, pentru ca acolo ar lega cele mai multe magistrale.

In plus, sa luam in calcul faptul ca o linie de metrou nu poate sa treaca pe sub orice... Eu am trasat pe sub mari bulevarde. Ce-i drept, imagineaza-ti ce haos ar fi sa decoperteze pasajul Basarab sa faca linia asta

Si da, vorbeam de intersectia Turda cu Ion Mihalache. Poate i-as fi spus mai bine IM, dar Turda e mai scurt si mai catchy
